Have you seen all those gorgeous hand sewn mittens at craft fairs? They are warm, snuggly and make a great gift. Jan is our sewing specialist and will walk you through the process from cutting to finishing and leaving with your mittens. You will need to know how a sewing machine operates and how to sew a straight stitch.

Please bring a few sweaters that you like. Especially if want a specific color or pattern or would like a two tone design. Thrift shops are great for finding cool sweaters. Jan will provide the lining material.

Pattern included $59. Teens/Tweens with sewing experience are welcome.

Choose from 9-12:30PM or 1:30-5PM. Space is limited to 6 students each session

Please note: Our sewing studio is in our 2nd floor loft. There are 13 stairs.
