Question: What would a typical Summer Camp day look like for my child?
Answer: Your child can expect a fun and structured day at camp with a great mix of creative, physical, and social activities. Here’s a breakdown of what they might experience!
  1. Free Drawing: The day will start with some relaxed, creative time, allowing your child to settle in and express themselves through drawing before the arrival of the other kids.
  2. Morning Meeting: After everyone arrives, the group will gather outside for a morning meeting. This is where they’ll go over the agenda for the day, talk about expectations, and enjoy a few fun games to get everyone energized for the day and engage with others.
  3. Art/Sketching Project: Inside, your child will have the opportunity to tap into their creativity with a sketching and art project, helping them develop artistic skills and enjoy a hands on experience.
  4. Snack & Outdoor Games: After the art session, the group will head outside for a break with snacks and some games, allowing your child to relax and socialize with their peers in a more active setting.
  5. Big Project: The part of the day will focus on a larger, more involved project that could span a few hours. It will be a great chance for your child to dive into something more detailed, whether its building, crafting, or creating something special.
  6. Lunch & Outdoor Play: After all of the hard work, it’s time to refuel with lunch followed by more outdoor playtime. They’ll have the chance to stretch their legs, burn off some energy, and enjoy some free play with their peers.
  7. Finishing Up & Departure: The day wraps up with a final chance to finish their work and prepare for departure, leaving them with a sense of accomplishment!
