Katie is a new NH resident who has recently moved here from CT, she has been studying reiki for 6 years, and yoga for over ten. Katie’s area of interest is the mind body connection, and using meditation and yoga better understand ourselves. Yin yoga is the practice of finding our edge spiritually using a contemplative practice focused on bringing awareness to all parts of our lives. Yin Yoga is slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Please BYO yoga mat and water.
