The Seacoast ArtSpot is excited to welcome Jessica from Blackbird’s Daughter Botanicals to the studio. Jessica LaBrie is an herbalist, educator and Wise Woman, an old-fashioned job title that means she supports her community with the information, affirmation, and old-world skills we need to bring our modern lives back into balance: emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Her artisan apothecary, gardens, and woodland trails (located on 125 acres in scenic Barrington, NH) are a place of healing, prayer, and joyful reconnection with the harmony and abundance of Nature, and a registered United Plant Savers Botanical Sanctuary

In this seasonally changing class, we turn to the garden, apothecary, forest, and farms to turn liquor into liqueurs…. yum! Explore the flavors of  herbs infused with bourbon and vodka. Take home original recipes, two different infusions for your home bar, and the knowhow to transform the flavors of New England into your own signature sodas and sparkling cocktails. Please bring a small bottle of vodka or bourbon to use and 2 recycled jars to take home your unique libations! PDF recipes included.
