Thank you for choosing Seacoast Artspot for your child’s summer camp experience. We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and enriching environment for all our campers. Please read the following cancellation policy carefully before registering your child for our camp.

Camp Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Parent/Guardian:
If for any reason you need to cancel your child’s camp registration, please notify us at least 1 week before the start date of the camp. In such a case, we will refund your registration fee minus a 10% cancellation fee. if you cancel your child’s registration less than 1 week before the start date of the camp, you will be responsible for the full amount of the registration fee. 

No-Show Policy:
If your child does not attend camp, you will not be entitled to a refund or credit.

Cancellation by Seacoast Artspot:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a camp session, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will refund your registration fee in full or offer you the option to transfer your registration to another camp session.
