Beginning Sewing for Kids ages 8 & up. Beginning Sewing for Adults. Embark on a creative journey in this .un-filled beginning sewing class for kids, led by Sewing Specialist Jan Hunt! Designed for young learners ages 8 and up, this 6-week sewing adventure introduces students to the world of fiber arts in a supportive and hands-on environment.
The beginning sewing class starts with the basics: hand stitching and paper sewing techniques. As students gain confidence, they’ll transition to using our high-quality Baby Lock sewing machines to create a series of small projects. The beginning sewing course wraps up with a student favorite—crafting a personalized pillowcase to take home and show off!
an’s engaging, personalized teaching style ensures that each student receives plenty of guidance and encouragement. With a small class size capped at just six participants, your child will get the attention they need to learn, grow, and develop a love for sewing.
